Senior Sales – CFD and Forex Trading

We are a leading multi-asset financial brokerage firm offering cutting-edge platforms and a wide range of CFD and Forex trading instruments. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales professional to lead and expand our retail and professional client base across the MENA region.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance sales environment, with deep knowledge of financial markets and a proven track record in FX and CFD brokerage. You’ll be responsible for strategic business development, managing a client portfolio, generating trading volume, and building out a sales team. Responsibilities
- Business Development: Drive acquisition and retention of retail and professional clients, with a particular focus on the MENA region. Expand revenue streams and trading volume across product lines.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop, grow, and maintain strong client relationships. Identify client needs and deliver customized trading solutions to meet their objectives.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate new business through referrals, marketing leads, and networking. Convert qualified leads into active and loyal trading clients.
- Sales Team Expansion: Act as hiring manager for the growing sales team. Develop team structure, set KPIs, and create a performance-driven culture.
- Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted campaigns, events, and client acquisition strategies that align with growth objectives.
- Budget Ownership: Set and manage budgets for sales and marketing expenditures, ensuring maximum ROI on campaigns and recruitment.
- Client Onboarding Strategy: Collaborate with management to implement a smooth onboarding journey, including documentation collection, compliance alignment, and platform training.
- Product Coverage: Promote and support trading in FX pairs, indices, commodities, and equities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of instruments and platform features (MT4/MT5, PXM aggregator).
- Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities, regional trading trends, and regulatory changes. Share insights with product and strategy teams to shape business direction.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales performance and market activity reports to executive leadership. Track metrics related to client growth, trading activity, and sales ROI.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales position within the FX and CFD brokerage space. Prior experience as a Head of Sales or similar leadership role preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong product knowledge in FX, indices, commodities, and equities. Proficient with MetaTrader 4/5, PXM aggregator, and CRM systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to manage teams, build lasting client relationships, and communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Language Skills:Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of FCA, FSA, and general financial compliance requirements.
- Preferred: Transportable client base or strong network in the retail FX trading industry.
